30 Days Body Weight Workout Challenge

30 Days bodyweight workout plan will start on 25th July 2023. Murat will be recording 20 minutes workout daily and updating on the Instagram and tiktok accounts @osteopathmurat.

 You can access the video anytime you like so no hassle. There will be plenty of tips regarding how to apply the exercises to your fitness level.
