I'm currently receiving treatment from Javeria for rotator cuff tendinitis, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received so far. Great bootcamp session at MG osteopathy on Saturday. Great location by Shoreditch park, Hackney, East London. Friendly and inclusive but great to push hard and improve.

Had a session with Shahana to address some terrible knots in my upper back from long term posture bad habits. After 1 session much improved after needling, cupping and deep tissue. Automatically booked for 3 follow ups. Highly recommend for anyone who works in extended desk/seated jobs/professions.

I went to see Murat for numbness and neck pain, and I’m glad I did !! The numbness has completely gone and the advice he gave me for my neck really helped. Went to see Murat at short notice for Osteopathy which helped straight away and he also performed some wider treatment to help with posture and support a more holistic approach. I would highly recommend.

Sharahan was fantastic - I came for just dry needling but she took a much more holistic look at my sciatica and gave a more in depth treatment involving massage and cupping, along with stretches for prevention

I had an amazing sports massage with Shahana! She was lovely and very thorough. I will definitely be back for some physiotherapy 🙂
