When First Start...

Before you book a block of training sessions with us we will first ask you to complete either 30-min Free Consultation or 60-min Initial Personal Training. (20% Discount offer available)

After an initial consultation and assessment, ideally first 3 personal training sessions are important to help build the foundation so we can progress quickly and safely.

The MG Body Transformation plan begins with a free consultation. This is an opportunity for us to meet face to face, for you to see our studio and training equipment and for you to ask any burning questions. If you are happy then we will book your first 3 slots. 1. Train within a Private Studio

No waiting in line for pieces of equipment. When you are Personal Training with MG, you are guaranteeing yourself a full hour bespoke workout in our studio. A stress-free workout that recharges you in just 60 minutes.

2. Personalised Nutritional Plan

Good nutrition is integral to achieving your goals. We will consult with you to determine your nutritional needs and create a bespoke diet plan to help fuel your fitness journey and have you firing on all cylinders.

3. Bespoke Protein Shake After Every Personal Training Session

A protein shake after your workout will prevent your body from using its own muscle tissue for energy and help encourage muscle synthesis leading to better results and faster recovery for your next personal training session.

4. Bespoke Massage Therapy whenever necessary

Your bespoke exercise regime could cause muscle fatigue and soreness so we offer massage therapy to help alleviate stress and tension. Therapies include massage, dry-needling, cupping and physio taping.

 5. Showing progress by  functional test and Marsden Body Composition scale

We will have weekly/monthly update meetings to ensure you are on the right track. We take measurements of your body composition (body fat percentage, weight, metabolic rate, water percentage, visceral fat, bone mass and muscle mass) and discuss why they are important to know and relevant to your goals.

Many doctors and obstetricians promote the benefits of exercise for healthy pregnancies. Exercise in the prenatal and postnatal period must be approached with care, making personal training during this time a valuable service. The pelvic floor takes on additional stress as the baby’s weight increases, and joints begin to loosen in response to hormones. All of these biological and psychological  changes make a impact on mum and baby. Good posture, cardiovascular health, and strength crucial to a healthy and comfortable pregnancy.

A research study, conducted by the Family Practice Research Journal, found that mothers who exercised at least 20 minutes a day, at least three times a week for at least 20 weeks of their pregnancy had fewer complications and shorter labours than mothers who did not exercise. A study revealed that mothers who exercised during pregnancy reported lower incidences of anxiety, depression, and pregnancy-specific stress while in their first and second trimesters.

Very knowledgable and friendly. I'm getting treatment for an old fracture to my ankle while playing football more than 10 years ago. Since the first session at MG the foot mobility has improved a lot, the level of pain has also decreased, but most important thing I'm regaining that lost confidence on using the foot as it should (especially while playing sports). I initially came to MG Osteopathy for my back pain, to see murat. After 3 osteopathy treatments my back pain had improved and then Murat spoke to me about Personal Training. I hadn't ever done any personal training and considered myself very unfit and overweight. The first sessions were gentle but still really tested me given my level of fitness within 4 weeks my fitness levels had improved and i had lost 4kg. Since I have been training with Murat i have very little back pain and I have learnt how to manage my back pain. It does not prevent me from training which is something i had not previously considered. I have continued my training with murat, i thoroughly recommend mg osteopath, i am fitter than i have ever been as i approach 60.

I have seen Murat for my foot,leg and back pain which has been going on for a very long time. I've been having Osteopathic treatment and rehabilitation programme with Murat for over a month now. I started with severe lower back pain due to my L5-S1 disc herniation which is now not as painful as it used to be. Öncelikle okuyuculara bır açıklama: benım genetıksel eklem agrılarım çok fazlasıyla var. Mesleğim geregı boyun fıtıgı baslangıcı, kıkırdak yumuşaması, kırrclenme ve diz kapağında kayma. Çok degıl mı?:) Yaklaşık ekım ayından berı boyun ve bacak agrılarım dayanılmaz boyutlara ulaştı . Evet Murat Hoca aylardan sonra agrısız ve huzursuz bacak agrısız olmadan bir gece geçirdim. Evet bıliyorum daha calisacagız ama dıngın ve dınc bır beden ıle güne başlamak çok güzel. Ayrıca kendımı daha ince ve zarıf hıssedıyorum. Çok teşekkür ederim cuma görüşmek üzere..
