What is HI-FIT Boot Camp?
HI-FIT Boot Camp combines functional, multi-plane exercises with high-intensity intervals to target every muscle group, improve cardiovascular fitness, and boost metabolism. Each session is 45 minutes, suitable for all fitness levels aged 18–55, and can burn 300–800 calories per session.
