What is HI-FIT Boot Camp?

HI-FIT Boot Camp in Shoreditch Park, Hackney is a functional fitness and HIIT training programme designed to build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, boost metabolism, and increase endurance. Our 45-minute outdoor boot camp takes place at Shoreditch Park, Hackney and is suitable for adults of all fitness levels. Burn 300–800 calories per session while improving mobility, balance, flexibility, and overall wellbeing in a fun and supportive group environment.
