Shahana is an experienced Sports Physiotherapist with over 5 years of global clinical experience across India, Dubai, and London. She has completed her Master’s in Sports Rehabilitation and Soft Tissue Therapy from Middlesex University London.
She specialises in the assessment and treatment of sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, back and neck pain, and post-operative rehabilitation. Shahana also has extensive experience managing neurological conditions, women’s health physiotherapy (including antenatal and postnatal rehabilitation), paediatric physiotherapy, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and ICU rehabilitation.
Her treatment approach combines sports physiotherapy, manual therapy, shockwave therapy, electrotherapy, dry needling, cupping therapy, kinesiology taping, soft tissue therapy, and exercise rehabilitation to help patients reduce pain, restore movement, and prevent future injuries.
Shahana is available Mondays: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Wednesdays: 12:00 PM–7:00 PM, and Fridays: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
